Pay Yo Bills Toni…

tonibraxToni Braxton is being sued after failing to pay on a $900,000 loan that she took out with City National Bank.According to court documents, Toni Braxton took out the Promissory note for the amount of 900K in or around November 2007 and hasn’t paid on the loan since April of this year.

The loan was renegotiated in February of 2008 when Toni hit financialtroubles, but she hasn’t been up to date on payments and has fallen extremely behind. The court documents state an outstanding balance on the agreement in the amount of $657,567.54. As of June 5, 2009, City National is seeking the $657K, and interest in excess of $44K.

Damn Toni, maybe you should hit the Vegas strip again so you can pay down your debts.
